A safe, sacred space is vital. Cindy Ellen energetically prepares herself and her workspace before each client through smudging with sage, meditation and prayer.

Card Reading: Direct insight from the cards as well as intuitive/psychic insight and guidance from Cindy Ellen.
Numerology: This session is about energy and its influences.
Mediumship: Direct connections to loved ones in Spirit with evidence based messages to prove life beyond the physical and their continued connection to those still here.

For cards: Clients can write questions down ahead of time. (Approx. 13) Keep in mind ~ Cindy Ellen does not diagnose health issues or give medical or legal advice. Cards can also be read "as they are laid out"...without asking questions.
Numerology: Clients first name and full date of birth are required.
Mediumship: Be open and willing to hear from whomever steps through first as the one they want may be just behind.
For all: Come comfortable, have water on hand and tissues near.

In person readings are currently only available for group bookings. (5 or more participants) Every other booking is over the online virtual platform - Zoom - which allows for recording.

Yes, all sessions over Zoom can be recorded and are available once the service is completed and paid in full.
Private In Person - (GROUP - 5 or more participants) also have the option of recording their event with Cindy Ellen.
Public Group Events - recording is not permitted due to privacy and confidentiality reasons.

Late: Time and timing is crucial for each session. If a client is running later than 10 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and rebooked.
Cancellation: A 48 hour notice is required so that the spot may be offered to other clients.
Rebooking: It is understood that circumstances can change. We are happy to work with you to accommodate a new time for your reading. Let us know as soon as possible.
Payment/Refunds: Payment is accepted after services are complete. No refunds offered on completed services.
